At eMentorMi, we’re taking mentorship to a different level. Traditional mentoring relationship is built around a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helping to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person.

With us, the mentoring relationship is a two-way street consisting of the traditional route and reverse mentoring where the mentor is mentored by the mentee.  This is geared toward the older generation learning and gaining valuable insight into the world of millennials and seeing the world through young people’s eyes.

We believe this two-way mentoring relationship offers both parties a much richer experience for better overall results.
